Order Production & Dispatch
- All plaques are custom-made and kiln-fired after your proof approval.
- Standard production time is usually 7–10 business days after confirming your design.
- Orders are dispatched as soon as your plaque is completed and has passed our quality checks.
Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver throughout India via trusted courier partners, ensuring your order arrives safely and promptly wherever you are.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp/SMS to follow your shipment status in real-time.
- Standard delivery timeline is 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is included across India on all orders (unless a different offer is stated at checkout).
- For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, additional delivery time or service may apply. We will contact you if there are any exceptions.
Packaging
- Every order is carefully packed in a premium, protective box with foam cushioning to ensure safe, damage-free arrival.
- Each shipment includes your plaque, installation kit, microfiber cloth, and care instructions.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and accessible for smooth delivery.
- In the rare event your plaque is received damaged, report it with video and photographic evidence on the same day of delivery for a free replacement (see our Refund & Return Policy).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, courier strikes, or incomplete address information.
