Replacement for Damaged Items
- If your plaque is received broken or damaged during transit, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
- To qualify for a replacement, the damage must be:
- Reported to us on the same day of delivery
- Supported by clear video and photographic evidence showing the unboxing and damage exactly as received
How to File a Damage Claim:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach:
- A video clearly showing the unboxing and the state of the product upon opening
- Clear photos of the damage and the packaging
- Our team will review and confirm your claim promptly.
- Upon approval, a replacement plaque will be crafted and shipped to you at no extra cost.
- Replacement will be delivred within 7-8days
Important Notes:
- Claims reported after the day of delivery, or without required photo/video proof, will not be eligible for replacement.
- Replacements will be provided for damages reported beyond the same day.
- Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges or accept returns for any reason other than verified transit damage.
