Due to the personalized, custom-made nature of our plaques, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your plaque arrives broken or damaged during delivery, please report it on the same day with clear video and photographic evidence for a free replacement.

Each plaque comes with a microfiber cloth, a special adhesive glue, and detailed installation instructions. For best results, clean the mounting surface before applying glue, press the plaque firmly, and if using epoxy, tape it in place during curing (usually 24 hours).
